Founded by Ryan Teodoro in 2017, the company has positioned itself uniquely to provide maximum value to organizations across all business sectors. With over a decade of lessons learned, Teodoro Systems aims to deliver world-class applications at significantly lower costs by curating lean development teams and processes.

During his 10+ years as a professional software engineer, Ryan led development teams as a Senior Tech Lead at Fortune 500 companies including Shell, HP, and United Rentals. Ryan worked on key initiatives for The University of Houston, including development of the university's mobile app. He's also consulted with YC-backed startups such as Perl Street (YC W22) to build out complex financial platforms using the Google Cloud Platform.

As a former board member and Vice President of Technology for the Youth Leadership Council at Rice University, Ryan provided technical guidance to the organization and built applications to support fundraising and conference operations. He also currently manages digital platforms for non-profits in the Houston area such as the Chinese Professional Club.

During his most recent assignment at Shell, Ryan led a Tier 1 project which was nominated for the VP CIO Award in Shell Chemicals for its significant business impact, estimated at $38M - $57M. He was also nominated as a member of the Shell Design System Champion Committee to contribute to and advise on the company's inner source initiatives.
